We service all active Heathrow Terminals (2, 3, 4 and 5). Your driver will arrange a specific collection point (usually near the short-stay carpark elevators or terminal arrivals hall) via text / WhatsApp prior to landing. Heathrow is always picked up from meet and greet.
A typical journey via the M4 takes around 1 hour and 45 minutes to 2 hours, depending on traffic and time of day. We always advise buffer time for peak travel hours.
Your driver will contact you via SMS, WhatsApp, or phone call as soon as you land. Please ensure you monitor your phone for all methods of communication we will not be held responsible if you fail to monitor your phone.
All drop off fees included charges, care park fees are added after one the fee is know.

Yes, Cab 2 Go covers transfers to and from bot Gatwick North and South terminals. Please specify your terminal when booking.
The journey usually takes around 2 hours and 30 minutes to 2 hours and 45 minutes via the M4 and M25/A3.

You receive 60 minutes of free waiting time starting from your flight’s arrival. If border delays take longer, waiting time is charged at 40p per minute plus parking.

Yes. All long-distance transfers over £200 must be paid in advance via debit or credit card to confirm the booking.

Yes, we continuously track live flight status so your driver arrives in line with your actual landing time.
Yes, official Luton Airport terminal drop-off/pick-up fees are charged at cost on top of the transfer fare.

Cancellations is 50% of the fare, but this is discreationary.
