The driver will call or send a text, please liase with him on arrival. If meet and greet he will be the in the terminal with a name board.
We include 60 mins of complimentary waiting time from the moment your flight lands. After the first hour, waiting time is charged at 40p per minute plus parking cost.
We monitor flight status in real-time. Your pick-up time is automatically adjusted based on your actual landing time so your driver is ready when you land.
Incase of severe delay we may need to cancel the booking, if delay is less than an hour we will be there within a minimum of half and hour.
Airport parking and drop-off charges are charged at cost in addition to the standard fare unless explicitly stated in your pre-booked quote.
While we accept short-notice bookings subject to availability, we recommend booking at leat 24 hours in advance to guarantee your preffered vehcile type.
